Margaret is a recent Law School graduate working as a law clerk with the Law Offices of John A. Kornfeld, LLP, and will be working as an associate attorney once admitted to the Bar. Originally from New Hampshire, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Social Justice Studies from Miami University in Oxford, OH, in 2021. She graduated from New York Law School in 2024, where she was an active member of the Dispute Resolution Team, competing in negotiation and mediation against other law schools. During her second year of law school, Margaret externed for New York Supreme Court Justice Lisa A. Sokoloff. During her third year, she interned at a matrimonial firm on Long Island, where she developed a strong interest in matrimonial law. Deciding to pursue a career in the field, she took classes especially relevant to matrimonial practice, including one taught by New York Supreme Court Justice Lori Sattler, who sat for years as a matrimonial judge.
